All persons age 18 years or older, who will be living in the home, are required to complete separate applications and will be screened. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All applications must be filled out completely and signed by each applicant.
Application fees are required for each applicant. This fee is required for processing and screening. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please see individual applications for fees.
A photo I.D. (current driver’s license, military I.D. or passport) is required of each applicant at the time the application is submitted. A copy will be kept on file.
Reliable, complete documentation and contact information related to all stated income sources and rental history must be provided by each applicant.
TWO (2) most recent pay-stubs are required for employment verification and must be included at the time an application is submitted. Self-employed applicants are required to submit a completed copy of the prior year’s tax return.
All intended residents (including children) must be listed on the application.
