Applications

• All persons age 18 years or older, who will be living in the home, are required to complete separate applications and will be screened. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All applications must be filled out completely and signed by each applicant.
• Application fees are required for each applicant. This fee is required for processing and screening. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please see individual applications for fees.
• A photo I.D. (current driver’s license, military I.D. or passport) is required of each applicant at the time the application is submitted. A copy will be kept on file.
• Reliable, complete documentation and contact information related to all stated income sources and rental history must be provided by each applicant.
• TWO (2) most recent pay-stubs are required for employment verification and must be included at the time an application is submitted. Self-employed applicants are required to submit a completed copy of the prior year’s tax return.
• All intended residents (including children) must be listed on the application.
• All pets must be listed on the application
